Martindale was founded in 1913 as a tool manufacturer for the electric motor maintenance and repair industry. Strict management adherence to those principles of only the highest quality, timely delivery, competitive pricing, and customer awareness has enabled us to grow to our current leadership position in the electric motor repair industry.

Technical expertise, coupled with our hard working employees, has allowed us to diversify into other areas compatible with our manufacturing procedures. Our varied product line includes: rotary carbide burs, electric testing equipment, electric etchers, demagnetizers, and various tools and equipment used in a variety of electrical maintenance and metal finishing applications.

One noteworthy outgrowth from the manufacture of relatively small circular saws used for undercutting mica on electric motors is that we have become a prominent leader in the manufacture of larger metal-working saws in both high speed steel and tungsten-carbide, and other metal cutting tools, as well.

Versatility and flexibility in applying different production methods has resulted in a high level of quality and has allowed Martindale to meet all the special demands of our many and varied customers. Products

Martindale is a pioneer in the manufacture of circular saw blades for the metal cutting industry. Whether you are mica undercutting, cutting-off, slotting, or slitting most any material, we have a metal cutting saw blade for you. Martindale manufactures both high speed steel and solid carbide saw blades. The varied sizes, tooth configuration, special shapes, and special ID and OD’s, used in the Screw Machine, CNC Swiss Precision, Machining, and Electric Motor Repair Maintenance and Repair Industries can be purchased from Martindale.

Martindale manufactures the finest line of Rotary High Speed Steel and Carbide Burs and Finning Burs in the industry. Available in both Carbide & High Speed Steel, these Burs are used in many industrial applications, with sizes ranging from 1-1/4″ shank length to 18″.

 The primary functions of our high speed steel and carbide burs are removing flashing from aluminum casting, removing dross or any excess material, & deburing . Our customers use our steel and carbide burs on most materials, including aluminum, bronze, copper, plastic & steel, to name a few.

Choose from Hand Held, Bench, Floor or Lathe Mounted Models – all available, according to your needs.  Electric or Air Driven, Flex Drive – some with Interchangeable Heads for large Floor Models capable of handling the many & varied commutator OD’s.
